We ake the quality of our products them very seriously. Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. We try to be generous with this refund policy, however, there are some exceptions. Orders containing a 10-gram tube of our pure concentrate oils or 4+ of the same product are not eligible for a refund as we consider bulk orders to mean you have already tried and are comfortable with that product.

Alliance Network is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any lost or stolen goods. Alliance Network is also not responsible and will not issue refunds for international shipments that are lost or taken by customs.
